Wendy Ramshaw masterfully incorporates color with a myriad of metal techniques in her ring sets, brooches ,neckpieces and earrings. Color Fields celebrates her exceptional ability to deftly fabricate bold sculptural forms , embued with vibrant colors, Color is revealed with intricate enameling ,often embellished with a variety of brilliantly colored semi-precious stones. In 2003 she was appointed Commander of the British Empire for Services to Art. In this exhibition, Wendy Ramshaw explores the combination of color and form with imagination and brilliant execution.
