Master enamelist Sarah Perkins continually explores the fusion of enamel on metal, creating dynamic vessels, bowls, and containers. Her work has been exhibited throughout the United States, India, Canada, Europe and Asia. Perkins is a professor at Missouri State University, and generously shares her time and knowledge teaching workshops across the United States, as well as England and Taiwan. She has received numerous awards, including a lifetime achievement "Creative Arts Award" from the Enamelist Society, University Award for Excellence in Research from Southwest Missouri State University and the National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship in Crafts.
