MOBILIA GALLERY is proud to host the US premiere of the exhibition 100% Proof: New work in jewelry and silversmithing from Scotland, on view August 21 through September 22 with an artists and curators reception Thursday, September 13, 5:30 - 7:30 PM Described as a "feast for the senses..from sensuous precious jewelry through sculptural body wear and colorful quirky plastic pieces, to radical table wear in silver and steel". The exhibition was curated and conceived by distinguished jeweler Dorothy Hogg, MBE. She is head of the department of Jewellery and Silversmithing at Edinburgh College of Art. And , and she will also exhibit her own work 100% PROOF comes to Mobilia Gallery with the support of the British Council, The National Museums of Scotland, the Crafts Council and the Scottish Arts Council.
