William Harper

William Harper is 'an innovator in iconography, technique and use of materials.' Harper's work has earned him a position in a class of his own, and his art has influenced a generation of enamelists. His work combines religious imagery from cultures around the world with a remarkable aesthetic sensibility, resulting in pieces that are 'humorous, seductive, repulsive and challenging.' (Thomas A. Manhart)
